1. The Basics

We want to keep things fair and clear when it comes to refunds for our language courses, events, and exam prep services.

2. Dropping a Course

• Before It Starts: Cancel until 7 days ahead, and you’ll get 70% your money back, while 30% will be deducted from the original amount you pay as administration fees.

• During the 7 days ahead and After It Starts: No refunds unless we’re the ones canceling the course.

3. Event Sign-Ups

• 72+ Hours Before: Cancel then, and you’re fully refunded.

• Under 72 Hours: No refund unless we say otherwise.

4. Digital Stuff/Services

No refunds for things like downloads or finished online sessions unless a tech glitch stopped you from getting in.

5. No refund accepted after you pay for all levels of JLCT exams in all countries we are operating from.

6. How to Get a Refund

Email us at info@ilca-edu.com with your name, payment proof, and why you’re requesting a refund. If it’s approved, we’ll sort it out within 14 working days where refund will be sent to the same payment method.

7. Following Local Rules

Our refund approach lines up with consumer protection laws in the UAE, Egypt, Pakistan, Saudi Arabia, and Japan.
