ILCA Inc. is an exclusive administrator of the Japanese Language Capability Test (JLCT) in the Middle East and Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) region. ILCA plays a pivotal role in facilitating Japanese language education and certification.
In October 2024, Japan’s Immigration Services Agency announced that individuals seeking to study or work in Japan must demonstrate Japanese language proficiency through either the Japanese-Language Proficiency Test (JLPT) or the Japanese Language Capability Test (JLCT). This policy highlights the growing significance of certified language skills for seamless integration into Japanese academic and professional environments.
The JLCT is a standardized assessment designed to evaluate and certify the Japanese language proficiency of non-native speakers. Demonstrated six times a year, the JLCT offers unmatched convenience for students, allowing them to take the exam without having to wait for extended periods. By offering this examination across the Middle East and GCC countries ILCA provides individuals with the opportunity to attain internationally recognized certification of their Japanese language skills.
ILCA’s commitment to educational excellence is evident through its comprehensive support for JLCT candidates, encompassing preparatory courses, study materials, and guidance throughout the examination process. This dedication ensures that learners are well-prepared to achieve their language proficiency goals.
By serving as the exclusive JLCT administrator in the region, ILCA not only addresses the growing demand for Japanese language certification but also significantly contributes to the cultural and educational exchange between Japan and the Middle East, fostering mutual understanding and collaboration.
